I feel fortunate to been introduced to Roxann and her gentle, nurturing heartfelt mindfulness meditations. Listening to Roxann’s mesmerizing voice as she shares her expressions of kindness, peace and calm, is as if one is being brought to float free from worry or burden. As Roxann’s voice and gentle music brings you along a short mindfulness meditation, it allows one to be released from disquieting or oppressive thoughts or emotions that can be difficult to release. I akin her guided meditations to a gentle body massage, leaving you relaxed and renewed.
Having bedtime anxiety nightly, making it difficult to drift off and stay asleep, I recently listened to her “heart-fullness guided relaxation” as I lay in bed. It allowed me to easily fall asleep and stay asleep until morning. And upon waking I felt calm, renewed and grounded. Can’t beat that!
