As Roxann’s voice and gentle music brings you along a short mindfulness meditation, it allows one to be released from disquieting or oppressive thoughts or emotions that can be difficult to release. I akin her guided meditations to a gentle body massage, leaving you relaxed and renewed.
Having bedtime anxiety nightly, making it difficult to drift off and stay asleep, I recently listened to her “heart-fullness guided relaxation” as I lay in bed. It allowed me to easily fall asleep and stay asleep until morning. And upon waking I felt calm, renewed and grounded. Can’t beat that!
